1. Nature of the service

IndiPoli is an informational tool that assembles prediction-market opportunities from Moodix sentiment data and Polymarket market data. It is not investment, trading, financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. No custody

IndiPoli does not custody, hold, receive, transmit, or have access to your funds or private keys. All wallet interactions happen in your browser via MetaMask or WalletConnect. Trades are signed by you.

3. Jurisdiction & eligibility

You represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction where Polymarket is restricted. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws of your jurisdiction. IndiPoli blocks access from jurisdictions on the Polymarket restricted list but cannot guarantee detection in every case.

4. No advice

LLM-generated probabilities, rationales, and pairings are not recommendations. They may be incorrect, incomplete, or mismatched. You bear sole responsibility for any trade you choose to execute.

5. Limitation of liability

IndiPoli is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndiPoli and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the service.

6. Data processing

IndiPoli processes your email, password (hashed), and attested country for the purpose of account management, compliance, and audit logging. IP addresses are hashed before storage. Legal basis: legitimate interest in preventing access from prohibited regions, plus contract performance for account operation.

7. Changes to these Terms of Service

IndiPoli may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version; material changes may require re-attestation on next login.

8. Governing law

Czech Republic. Any dispute shall be brought before the courts competent under Czech law.
